A beginner. I've done some 5Ks, 10Ks and a half, along with some trail runs. I run a failry steady (and slow) 10 - 10.5 minute mile. Usually do 5-6 miles runs during week, with a longer run on the weekends.
I'm doing the Zooma half in March, so want to run consistently, but would also like to shave a little off my time.
Started running last year, did the RNR half, and would like more opportunities to continue to improve pace, but in a fun, social environment!
