Would you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate, or advanced runner?

I would ocnsider myself an intermediate runner. I know that I am not "fast" and I am okay with that, I consider myself the tourtoise rather than the hare, "slow and steady wins the race".

What are your running goals?

I just want to get comfortable with my running style and make a change so I can finally say "I run for fun"!!

Raishell Williams: wife and mother of a 3 year old son (Donnovan) and a 4 year old pit bull (Antonio). I started running to improve my physical fitness and on my very first 5k I placed in my age group. Immediately I was drawn to the "runner's world".
