Would you consider yourself a beginner, intermediate, or advanced runner?

If there was a spot below beginner I would call myself that. I run about six to seven miles a week and average between a 10-12 minute mile depending on terrain. I don't run for speed, I just run for 30 min or so. If I get more miles or less, it's not that big a deal for me.

What are your running goals?

My running goals are to be healthy and run the stress of daily life out. I did run a 5k for wounded warriors last April and would like to support projects like that and possibly expand to a 10k

Hello, my name is Duane. Born of the world and call Texas home. I'm a military veteran and was never crazy about running while I was in. I find it to be meditative and gives me personal time.
