B & A Trail- 5 Miler

It's time again to hit up our old favorite, the B & A Trail.  I've scheduled this one as a 5 miler, which should be just the right distance before it gets too scalding hot and ridiculously humid outside.  We'll meet up in the parking lot at the Ranger Station and head out onto the trail.

We can go out for brunch somewhere after the run if anyone is interested.  Does anyone know who makes a good mimosa in the Severna Park area?

I'm more of a slow jogger/walker, would I get lost on the trail?

Hi, Sharon-- the trail is straight, with no turns, so you probably would not get lost. :) The trail is also well marked with mile markers at least every half mile, so you will know far you have run. The Ranger Station is at mile 7.
