This class is entirely free with no obligation to join. The entire week is free at the yoga center of Columbia where you can find a large selection of classes. You can even try more than one free class. There is absolutely no pressure to join. They only offer free classes a few time a year so this is the week to experiment even if you have never tried yoga before. Monday starts the free week so if you like Mondays class you can try another free class later in the week too.
RSVPing to this meetup does not sign you up for the free trial class. You must call[masked] or email [masked] to register for the free class. This just ensures that there is space available in the class as their is limited space.
Yoga for runners utilizes various yoga poses and stretches designed to increase agility, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Weekly anatomical focus includes: hamstrings, calves, core, and lower back. Great for athletes looking to incorporate stretching and strength into a running program. Suitable for all levels of yoga.
If you are interested in joining the season runs from Monday January 13- Sunday April 6 2014. The 12 week session costs $192 if you decide to sign up for the whole session or you may drop in to sessions for $20 per class or buy a pack of classes for $18 per class. Y
