Centennial Park 5 Miler+

Let’s do an easy 5 miles in the Columbia area after work. We’ll meet at the benches outside the Trattoria in the Dorsey Hall village center. From there we'll run 1.25 mile along a paved wooded path to Centennial Park, circle around the lake which is about 2.5 miles, and then run back to the village center for a total of about 5 miles for the whole run.  The entire route is paved. Extra mileage can easily be added by doing extra laps around the lake or by taking on gatorade hill. Afterwards, we can stop into Trattoria for dinner if anyone’s up for it. They are a casual neighborhood pizzeria that has pretty good pizza, salads, subs and other Italian fare. If you can’t make the run and just want to stop by for dinner, feel free.

Don't forget a headlamp or light.  Reflective gear is also a good idea.

Great run in the nighttime! And a great way for me to get back in the swing of things!

So, I saw you guys at Trattoria a couple of weeks ago and HERE YOU ARE! I live in Dorsey Search and would consider running with the group, but I'm currently running about an 10:30 - 11:00 minute pace? Anyone that slow?
