Just to continue to improve

What distance are you currently running?

A few 3-5 mile runs a week, and one longer 6-11 mile run a week.

Where are your favorite places to run?

Along the Harbor, Patterson Park, Anywhere new.

Do you have any suggestions for a place to "gab" and "gulp" after a run?

If you wanted to have a good deal of space, Canton's Dark Horse would seem to offer that on a weekday and is close to the waterfront walk.
