Run, Gab, Gulp and Go, or RG3 as we are affectionately known, is for runners of every level, including runners training for events, runners casually getting in a couple of miles, or runners focused on building mileage and endurance.
Our group takes advantage of Maryland's lakes, parks, trails, waterfronts, and roads to conduct our group runs. RG3 is always looking for new places to run and encourages members to suggest their favorite routes.
