I'm a runner in a joggers body.
Run one mile under six minutes. Run the Baltimore 1/2 marathon under two hours. Don't get hurt.
A long run of six to nine miles. A couple of two mile fast runs followed by a two mile walk/jog cool down.
Lake Elkhorn in Columbia to Savage Park. Trail running is nice.
Somewhere on a park bench?
After not running a formal race in a long time, I ran a race a couple of years ago and had a lot of fun. Now that I have a few runs under my belt, Zack's Run, Run Through the Grapevine, & the Ragnar Relay, I'm hoping to compete in my age group.
