Would you consider yourself a runner, jogger, or walker?

A jogger

What are your training goals? [races, endurance/fitness, distance]

I like tyo do 5ks, 10ks, completed a 1/2 marathon back in May, and did the Warrior dash. Just completed my first marathon at The Baltimore Running Festival Oct 13th! It was awesome! To give me incentive and a purpose for doing the marathon, I did a fundraiser for asthma and food allergies and exceeded my goal of $500:) Im more of an endurance runner. Not a sprinter. I have a pace that works for me. It may not be fast but I can go for miles.

What distance are you currently running?

4 to 10 miles

Where are your favorite places to run?

The road. Long, winding, hilly roads in the country is what i love the most!

Do you have any suggestions for a place to "gab" and "gulp" after a run?

Hi, Im Mandy. I am active, have asthma and exercise 5 to 7 days a week. I love crosstraining at the Krav Maga gym. I took up running after I quit drinking almost a year ago. Its a great outlet to release my energy!
