Would you consider yourself a runner, jogger, or walker?

Runner. Did the Baltimore Half last month and have been running for 15 years so...I'm kinda in to it :)

What are your training goals? [races, endurance/fitness, distance]

For this group, mostly socializing and base mile runs. I plan to run another half in April or May and would like to participate in another endurance event this year.

What distance are you currently running?

3-4 miles, 4(ish) times per week. I'm still recoverying a bit from the Half (haha). But usually I run 3-6 miles, 3 times per week (some hill and speed work) and then do a long run on Saturday mornings 8-12 miles.

Where are your favorite places to run?

Generally around Fed Hill, Harbor East, Canton. I'm interested in getting some trail running in from time to time though. THAT is HARD running!!

Do you have any suggestions for a place to "gab" and "gulp" after a run?

1) Porters! 2) Baba's! BYOB and a FABULOUS menu w/ good prices 3) Abbey Burger Bistro
