Yes, 25-30 miles a week at a pace of 8:30 min miles
just fitness - if I never do a marathon, that's ok too
5-6 miles per day @ 5 days/week
I only do the treadmill (for now:)
Anywhere downtown - I am partial to the markets: Lexington or Cross Street!
Hi, I live downtown Baltimore next to Camden Yards. I'm also runner who trains on the treadmill - Boooring :) I'd rather be out and about with kindred spirits. Sounds like fun, jogging -n- a drink with friends afterward.
