Would you consider yourself a runner, jogger, or walker?


What are your training goals? [races, endurance/fitness, distance]

I am not training for any specific races; just want to run races that are fun with the RG3 gang. I keep thinking about doing a 50K, but I haven't gotten past the thinking phase yet.

What distance are you currently running?

I am mostly running Halfs.

Where are your favorite places to run?

Howard County parks and trails. B&A trail. Also, some hills and speed work.

Do you have any suggestions for a place to "gab" and "gulp" after a run?

Anywhere with outside seating and refreshing drinks!


I like to include some social runs in my training.
