Depends on how warm it is out. But sub-six minute miles are a long-gone thing of the past ....
No, just trying to get back into running shape again. Would be very much interested in running any 5k series scheduled on a weekly basis.
Now that it is cold outside, I am jogging 4 miles at a stretch, 3 times per week. Starting in springtime, I try to run 30-36 miles per week.
Sometimes a dose of "liquid bread" can be just the thing after a run.

Always up for a run, especially one along a beautiful route
Everyone in the group is very friendly, of good cheer, and (thankfully!) comfortable going for pizza and beer afterwards without benefit of a shower and change of clothes.
