I run mainly for fitness but like to throw in some races for the challenge and fun!!
Between 3 - 6 on the weekdays and longer runs on the weekends. My favorite race distance is the 10 miler!
I <3 trail running but also like a good city and scenic road run too. I'll run anywhere with good company :-)
I have a few local favorites but really anwhere that will welcome a mess of sweaty runners!
