Sunday Morning Run - 5 mile Presidio Trail Run

RAIN OR SHINE!

I will be there by 9:50a - we leave at 10a sharp!

Join us for a fun trail run through the Presidio. We will start at the Arguello Gate and head on the Park trail to the GG Bridge and back. It will be a lesiurely, conversational 10 minute mile pace. We may go down to the beach and back up through the Richmond/Sea Cliff area.

The total run is around 5 miles.

There is plenty of free, street parking and bus access.

Don't use Mapquest to get the location - it gets the intersection wrong, use maps.google.com - it is right.

I had a lot of fun. It was a beautiful run, with a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Everyone was really nice and they were very kind to tolerate my slow pace.

I showed up early and ran 3 miles before meeting up with you guys, BUT I was at the presidio sports basement. Aiya.
