I'm looking for someone to run with on a regular basis on Monday and Tuesday mornings around 9:00 AM. My pace ranges from 8:30 - 10:00 per mile depending on how I'm feeling, and I generally run four miles... 3-5 times per week. It is my desire to ramp the miles up in the coming months. My dog comes with me on each run.
