Depending on our training schedules we start at different times, so please see RSVP and list your mileage goal and start time in the notes.
this is great for new folks to join us for a walk or run at any pace, beginners welcome, as well as walkers. For the serious runner in training for a race, we have several options for distances to choose from. Please note in RSVP your pace per mile and distance for this week so others can match up with your skill level. For beginners, I always run very slowly at a 12 minute pace or even slower if needed.
