Sunday Intervals/Boot Camp

We will do some intervals and boot camp style exercises. Bring some handweights if you want a really good workout! What weight to bring? Beginner 3 lbs, Intermediate 5 lbs, Advanced 7-10 lbs.

Join us for a run or walk all levels welcome and beginners encouraged!

Text me the night before and morning of to let me know you will be there if you are new.
