What is your running/walking goal? Are you training for a particular race or event?

I want to start walking again for fitness. Sorry I ever quit.

What is the furthest distance you have run or walked in a race or training up to now?

I am a walker, not a runner, but have run a couple miles in the past.

What is your current per mile pace in minutes and preferred distance to run in miles?

Don't know - just getting back into it. Was about 16-17 minutes per mile before I stopped walking 2 years ago.

How many times a week would you like to participate in running/walking with the club? Prefer AM or PM run?

At least three times a week, AM is my preference but could do either.


Live on Mercer Island with husband - mother of 4, grandmother of 4. Real estate agent currently, many years in marketing and advertising, including 16 years with The Seattle Times.
