In regards to the Aug. 14th Cochran Shoals 8 miler (ONLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND)

We are considering moving up the meeting time from 7 a.m. to 6:30, which has several benefits. 1) We'll be able to run in cooler temperatures for a longer period of time. 2) Since we're having brunch after wards, people will be able to get home or go about their day at an earlier time as well. So we want to know (FROM THOSE THAT ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND) whether or not people are willing to move up the run from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. FIRST, Please choose "yes" or "no." THEN, if you chose "yes," please indicate whether or not you'd be willing to meet at 6:30 or 6:45 or whether either time is fine with you.

Would you be interested in an "expedition" type of event?

I have been considering putting together a multiday (probably 2 or 3). Light trek event. This type of event would include light pack, self support trail running with likely 1 or 2 nights of camping. I have done solo trips like this and it's really fun but you have to either be willing to rough it or be able to find someone willing to provide point to point support to supply your overnight gear. Please note that I'm not thinking of doing this over the winter but sometime in spring to early summer.

What days/times do you prefer to run in the fall/winter?

Now that the sun is setting earlier I wanted to put out feelers to see who was looking to keep the running events going over the holidays and attendance on the upswing. Feel free to choose as many options as you like.
