SUMMER HOURS

6:15-7:00 Arrive for warmup as needed

6:50-7:00 Running drills and strides for those interested

7:00  Workouts begin

For anyone that wants to develop running strength/speed.

Generally[masked] meter intervals at date pace w/1:30 recovery.

All abilities!

Generally have different workouts going for individual needs.
