Get in better shape, start doing intervals in a group with others to push and support me. Have fun.
running 5k "races" for now, maybe a 10k in a few months.
I've been getting back into it since January. Am running about 20mpw currently--most of it rather slow. My goals are fairly modest for now: Run some 5k's and see if I can get under 20 min. by the end of the summer.
