Improving my speed (currently about a 7:12 mile for 5K) and building on my distance runs.
To learn what type of training works best for me and make new running friends.
I have many favorites-so far I am a fan of trail runs and long slow distances.
Half marathon or 10K.
Usually Saturday or Sunday in the AM.
I have been running with the group since I moved to Seattle almost three years ago-it's been a great experience, with lots of friendly people!
