After work runner as I am right next to concord mills mall that's usually where running begins for me. I usually give myself an hour to run and enjoy pavement, trails, etc. just not much a treadmill person.
I was running 8 minute miles for a 10K when I was doing it all the time. I am not timing myself or checking distance anymore so that's one of the first things I need to start doing again.
You bet! Always found my running friends to be amongst the best I've ever had on and off the pavement.
5K in a month so any support there is appreciated
No injuries and want to keep it that way so widn sprints, intervals and the likes are not in my plans right now until I am ready again.
I have just moved to Charlotte from Michigan. I am active in weight training among other things but it has been some time since I did anything more than a couple miles run. I am looking to get back into running starting with a 5K later in October.
