MARKS THE 5TH YEAR AT THIS EVENT !!!

PLEASE JOIN ME, AND SELL YOUR HOOPS AND OTHER HOOPIE ITEMS

Come sell your Hoopie items in exchange for Hoopin' it UP with the KIDS !!! Each year this event gets better and better, in terms of successful vending.

You are also welcome to share your marketing materials.

THIS IS ALWAYS A GOOD TIME SO PLEASE CONSIDER COMING OUT. VOLUNTEERS ARE WELCOME TO HELP WITH THE KIDS IN SHIFTS, BUT I ASK THAT IF YOU ARE VENDING, YOU STAY THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE EVENT. YOU ARE WELCOME TO SEND SOMEONE IN YOUR PLACE IF YOU CANNOT BE THERE THE ENTIRE TIME.

DATE - FEBRUARY 23RD

TIME - 10AM - 4PM

LOCATION - Richmond Raceway Complex - Indoors - We will be located at the left of the entrance doors. GREAT LOCATION THIS YEAR!!!

ATTIRE - Hoopie and FUN~The kids love to see us in costume!

I'm very very new to the hooping community but I've been busy the past 2 weeks making hoops at home because I've found a deep love for it though I'm not very good I really enjoy hooping and would love to be a part of the expo!

  I just wanna throw this out there~~We have had multiple hoop sellers at this event in the past, and it worked out well. As long as everyone puts tags on their hoops and has a way to keep track of payments, we should be fine. Those of us that are not selling hoops, can help you sell yours. The More the Hoopier!!

  That's great When you come in, you will just tell them you are with the Hoop House and you will not be charged a fee. Sounds like it will be a busy day~there are over 100 vendors there!
