I am a web designer born and raised in NYC. I like bikes, skiing, and candy corn.
Is there such thing as a site that is too complicated to go responsive? What are the cases where a site should not be built responsive? What do you see being the future of responsive web design? Will it become standard practice? Will there be some merger of web apps and mobile apps into one consolidated platform? When designing responsive, at what point does it become more sensible to switch from Photoshop to the browser? Should we only do styles and concepting in Photoshop and save layouts stictly for browser? What are the downsides to designing in browser? Is it sensible to build a complicated site entirely in the browser?
