Hi Yoshi, I am sorry you had trouble finding the field but I am really glad you made it. We will make sure to triple-check the directions in the future.

Any idea how many people are attending? Anyone want to go somewhere after to watch some of the B's

    May 18, 2013

    • Jessica D.

About 15-25 people are attending. We posted on a few meetups so we should have enough for 2 teams.

Is there a street parking or meter parking near the park?

    May 18, 2013

  • Nhan

Keep in mind that Memorial Drive is closed to traffic on Sundays between Mt. Auburn St. and Western Ave. Not sure what the best way to get there is.

    Awesome.
Maybe the park in the North End by the water next to the hockey rink for location?

    May 12, 2013

  • Mark S.

I sincerely hope to attend. The only hitch is I have a soccer game scheduled that day, and I'm not sure of the exact time. So, tentative yes.

If you don't get 12 RSVPs, it would still be nice to practice somehow, since I've never played before (at least not since I was a child).

I dont have a glove, what should i ask for in the sports store to purchase one? Baseball Glove or Softball Gove?

    May 8, 2013

    • Nhan

Keep in mind the balls are bigger than normal. Try going to Modell's or Sports Authority and trying some on to see how they feel. Even if you don't buy them there, you'll know what to look for.

      May 8, 2013

    • Jessica D.

Thanks for commenting Nhan. We did not have an issue with the gloves when we played on the league and just used typical baseball gloves. As long as you pick a glove that fits well and gives you some wiggle room, you will be good to go!

      May 8, 2013

  • JOHN D.

I could use a glove as well if anyone has an extra
