Cardiac Bypass Hike and Tailgate Party!

Come join us to an excellent midweek hike that's about 5.5 miles long prior to the weekend. The entire hike is awe-inspiring over terrain of beautiful scenery which includes a long waterfall that cascades into the river below where we'll stop to marvel at the view. This complete hike is over lush greenery of mountains, hills, amid a wide variety of trees. This is a moderate hike that is a little over 1000' in elevation and will take no more than 1 1/2 hours to complete.

This is a dog friendly event so bring 'em along. They'll be grateful you did.

Bring water, headlamp, food/snacks/beverages to share, a smile and a gentle attitude.

We'll meet at the trailhead: Take the I-80 towards Reno and exit at Newcastle Rd. heading straight to Indian Hill Rd. Turn left at Auburn-Folsom Rd. and a right turn on Maidu Dr. Go straight on Maidu until you see a green gate at the very end (not the first one). Park along the sides.

All your donations will be used to purchase toys for children staying at the women and children's shelter in Sacramento.
