The original and still the best local midweek Meetup hike! 
This is a real hike with scenic views.
Less than 6 miles. About two hours.
Suitable for beginners that can move at a moderate pace.

We'll be doing an elongated figure eight that starts by crossing over the water on the Bridge. The trails we'll be on are the Pioneer Express Trail, the American River Bike Trail and a fishing trail. Parts of this hike will be along the water and up on the bluffs overlooking Negro Bar and Folsom.
Pet friendly! But watch out for ticks!
For those that have the time, we'll go for beer, margaritas, and/or dinner at the Q'Bole afterward.
