A group for the aspiring speed demon in all of us!

If you tend to be more towards the middle or more back of the pack like me, this is the group for you. A chance to get out and run with people at your pace, not watch them run in front of you.

I normally run around a 12 minute mile, with the hopes of getting faster in the future. Unless I'm training for a particular race, my runs will probably be in the neighborhood of 4-6 miles. More runs will be scheduled toward the end of May, as I'm currently wrapping up my last semester at Sacramento State.
