Shoshin Meditation Class

The foundation of our practice is Mindfull Awareness Meditation. This is a wonderful practice for real people who have busy and noisy lives. It has very practical applications such as stress reduction, increased focus and better overall health, yet with regular practice can be a wonderful spiritual path bringing inner peace and happiness. Shoshin is Japanese for 'beginners mind'. This class is designed for beginners and experienced meditators who have 'beginners mind' (which we should all have, whether we have 1 day or 100 years of experience).
