The SCL is the greater Sacramento region's advocate for individual liberty, constitutional government, sound money, free markets, and a noninterventionist foreign policy. We are an action-oriented group committed to promoting and defending truly American principles by networking conservative and libertarian-leaning interests in the Sacramento area under a single tent, in order to instigate real "change" in the right direction.
