Following our BBQ and Games, and our Sun Salutation ritual in which we're lighting the fire, we're going to crank up the "water pit" and take a walk between the worlds to observe the Full Moon energies.
Solstices and Equinoxes, times of extremes and of balance. Come and take in whatever it is you want and need for the season ahead; come and gratefully return what you have used in the season past. Come and celebrate with fellow SJFers the turning of the wheels both inside ourselves and in the world around us.
Circle will be cast at 8, revellery continues into the night.
Bring bug spray (urk!), perhaps a change of clothes (you *know* you'll end up splashing about in the water), your drums and noise makers. Coffee and tea in the house; bottled water and sodas for sale in the fridge. Join in on discussion, practice, experimentation and experiencing Pagan tech, philosophy and practice.
We are a non-creedal church. Like every other UU church, we do not require specific beliefs to participate in our community. While we do our services in a Pagan format, you are welcome here regardless of your religious convictions and practices.
Further, we are a Welcoming Congregation. These means you can participate fully here in our community no matter what your sexual orientation or gender identity.
