Announcing a new Meetup for Sacred Journey!

What: Bookclub: Emerson As A Spiritual Guide

When: Tuesday, April 20,[masked]:30 PM

Sacred Journey Fellowship
1215 Main Street
Garland, TX 75040

We will be meeting once a month to discuss a chapter in the book Emerson, As Spiritual Guide by Barry M Andrews. Ralph Waldo Emerson is a noted writer and former Unitarian Pastor. He has been called the Plato of the West. This philosopher-poet shared much of his life-long struggle for spiritual understanding in his writings. He is much spoken of and admired but rarely read. This is our opportunity to look into his mind with Andrews to guide us through the often challenging literary references.
Each month we will select and announce one of the essays to explore. We will each read that chapter in the book and then come together to discuss it using the discussion questions provided by Andrews as well as our own thoughts. Any one can join this group at anytime.
This month the essay we'll be working with is "Circles" which can be found at
