Chocolate lovers, en garde! The premium and artisan chocolate show for the Sacramento Area takes place at the Sacramento CHOCOLATE SALON. Chocolate aficionados, fanatics, lovers and addicts can taste & experience the finest in artisan, gourmet & premium chocolate in one of California's most central regions.

The Sacramento CHOCOLATE SALON participants include 20 chocolatiers, confectioners, wineries and other culinary artisans, such as Amano Artisan Chocolate, Amella Caramels, Oscura Chocolate, Feve artisan chocolatier, The Tea Room Chocolate Company, Quail Point Chocolate, 24K Chocolate Cafe at Ancient Future, Marich Confectionery, Fera'wyn's Artisan Chocolates, CocoTutti, Raffine Chocolates, About a Bite Bakery, Plumeria Flours - cookies & confections, Le Grand Confectionary, Rosa d'Oro Vineyards, H-G Vineyards, Joia All Natural Soda, and more.

An intimate setting, the Sacramento Chocolate Salon is the perfect place to find the perfect gift, while tasting and savoring the chocolate lovers experience.

Salon highlights include chocolate tasting, chef & author talks, wine tasting and ongoing interviews by TasteTV's Chocolate Television program. (Salon Entry includes all chocolate & confection tastings, demos, etc.).

Tickets: Saturday, Jan. 25, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at The Citizen Hotel at 926 J St. Tickets can be purchased in advance only at sacramentochocolatesalon.com ($20; $10 for ages 6 to 12; free for ages 5 and under).
