Loving Hut is pretty close to 99 on Elk Grove Blvd. Traffic should be light on Sunday so the drive should be easy. Speak about long drives, try Farm Sanctuary up in Orland when it's rainy and windy! My son actually called to suggest I stay up there overnight because it was so stormy.
The good thing about Elk Grove Blvd is that it is never as heavily trafficked as say Arden Fair! The parking is ample too. So, come on down! The food is good! You can hit Trader Joes on the way home.
