This is a 30 day, structured program
to help people get to their optimal weight!
We are NOT are not meeting physically at 7 am on Saturdays! We start Sat. am to begin our 30 Day VHW Program! Every sat. am, you will each weigh yourselves and send me, your health watch coach, your weight. We will be meeting when possible to eat out so I can show you how to do this and still keep your goals intact!
I know some of you struggle with your food choices, even if you are already vegan! This is not a program for people who want to eat either the standard American diet or a cheese/egg diet, a fish diet or diet with added oils.This is strictly vegan and healthy.
This program is strictly for persons desiring a healthy vegan diet. This will be a no oils added program. This will be low in fat, high in fiber.
This is limited to 10 people and there is a $5 per week fee payable up front. Call me, Linda after you RSVP to discuss the program:[masked]-5516.
1. Food shopping tour/kick off!
2. Your daily food intake will be monitored and emailed to me.
3. Your weight will be monitored at your own doctor's office or wherever you first weighed in and using the same scale weekly. Every sat. am.
and reported to me, your 30 Vegan Health Watch Coach.
4. Group discussions, dine outs and support throughout the month.
Please know that if you do not have a recent blood test, it would be great if you get a new one before we start! (if possible and optional) so we know your cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels. You can get yourself weighed by the doctor or use your home scale and weight measurement so we have your beginning weight! Not mandatory but if you have any pre health conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes you need to inform your own doctor that you are beginning a low fat, no added oil, whole foods, plant based program before we begin June 1, 2012.
You will be required to sign a waiver before beginning this program, even though you could buy and use the exact same foods from the store!
