A Very Vegan Thanksgiving

This super-seasonal, totally vegetable-based Thanksgiving dinner is a
departure from the traditional.  It’s full of sweet, earthy autumn flavors to nourish and satisfy, while the rainbow colors will make you thankful for the bounty of the harvest.
