Emily shows you that vegan appetizers can go way beyond veggies and dip! This selection of hors d’oeuvres and appetizers are meaty, rich and satisfying—without the meat, dairy and eggs of course. She’ll demonstrate rosemary scented tempeh-walnut pate, mini grilled seitan skewers; herb & “cheese” polenta stuffed mushrooms; creamy kale onion dip; eggplant crisps with tomato and cashew “cheese,” and pomegranate-champagne cocktails.
