Veganism is something I'm definitely interested in learning more about. Currently, I've been vegetarian for about 10 or 11 years. But,I'm learning quickly that I need to transition to veganism. My body doesn't handle dairy well, it usually makes me feel nauseas, triggers acid reflux, ecetera. As a result, I'd like to learn how to transition to veganism.I take my health seriously.
Im a working, college student. That's part of the reasons I struggle health wise. In other words though I take my health seriously, at the same time, I struggle with a sugar addiction. That's due to stress. However, the additional way I cope with stress, is through prayer.
Aikido training is my main hobby. This is a Japanese art of non violence. In addition to it being a great cardio workout, its definitely a great stress reduction.I reccomend it to all.
