I enjoy sharing vegan recipes and being inspired by the stories of others who are plant-strong eaters.
I went plant-strong on April 8, 2011 when I was a participant in Earth Save's Meals for Health program in Sacramento. I've been meat/dairy/egg/fish/oil free since then. The only things I lost were terrible health and 70 pounds. Today, I am committed to achieving fully restored health and to losing the rest of the weight I don't want. :)
I enjoy writing, walking, gardening, animals, traveling and spending time with my family.
I care more about human welfare, but I do care about our furry and feathered friends. It isn't a perfect world, but I believe that both aims can be greatly improved upon with greater education.
