This series of classes explores what every vegan cook should know and provides recipes to help you thrive on a whole foods, plant-based diet. In this class, we’ll demystify three traditional plant-based meat substitutes and create healthy vegan versions of conventional meat classics. Our menu includes: seasoned baked tofu; sweet and sour tofu vegetable stir-fry; tempeh reuben with homemade thousand island, and seitan bourguignon.
