From Sahaja Meditation to Sahaja Yoga – Deepening our Meditative Experience

Note:
We recommend that interested participants attend the courses in the chronological sequence based on their experience with Sahaja Meditation. In other words, even though you may have profound experience with other types of meditation or spiritual practice, we kindly ask that you start with Course I (Introduction to Sahaja Meditation – Spontaneous Awakening of The Energy Within) if you are new to Sahaja Meditation - every Tuesday, 7PM, same place.

This 12-week course will deepen our understanding of all of the aspects and components of our inner subtle being, and enhance our practice and experience of true meditation. As we advance through the course, we will have the opportunity to intensify the experience of an active Energy Within (Kundalini), which has also been described as the primordial subtle force within us. We can experience and learn to enjoy the benefits of this process and learn how to cleanse and nourish our inner subtle system and its energy centers (Chakras) through simple techniques, and reach a deeper level of meditation. The cleansing of our subtle system can also enhance our mental and physical health and well-being. The course will occasionally use video content, e.g. from the teachings of Sahaja Meditation’s founder, HH Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.
