Yes, I practiced Sahaja for some time, but need to get back into group meditation.
Clearer emotions and thoughts. An improved sense of well being.
I'm looking to let go of some unhappiness and find the joy in my life.

I really love these group meditations! I have learned so much and am having good success with my meditation practice. If you are stressed or having problematic emotions, I highly recommend you try Sahaja Meditation. I am much more at peaceful and happy after only 7 sessions.
