Have you meditated before?

Yes, I practiced Sahaja for some time, but need to get back into group meditation.

If so what technique have you used?

Sahaja meditation.

What are you seeking to gain out of meditation?

Clearer emotions and thoughts. An improved sense of well being.

Do you have any issues or concerns that you would like us to address right away?

I'm looking to let go of some unhappiness and find the joy in my life.
