Have been meditating using Sahaj method for around 20 years.
No doubts that Sahaja Meditation is tuning, fixing, nourishing all the subtleties in our roots system. So, for me - it's to let each meditation to work it out deeper, to calibrate and tune my inner system to it's best condition.
One day 2 decades ago I (among several thousand other people) was introduced to Sahaja Yoga by it's founder Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi and excited to use this powerful and unique method of meditation which dramatically improved the quality of my life.
