Sahaja Meditation Course Week 2

This week marks the second week of our seven week course in the Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening classes as well as in the Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon time slots. We welcome all levels of experience in meditation and you are welcome to attend whichever time works best for you each week. If you missed last week, don’t worry. You will have a chance to catch up before we introduce new techniques. As always, we will have handouts to support your meditations at home.

This week, we will introduce the Subtle Energy System and present an easy technique to help reduce stress - foot soaking which really helps to clear the mind for meditation. During our collective meditation, we will demonstrate how cleansing our Energy Centers helps us to achieve a deeper state of relaxation and mental silence.
