Take a delightful break in your weekend and join us for a peaceful Saturday afternoon meditation. We love sharing techniques that help us to clear our minds and emotions and deepen our meditations. The sessions are interactive; we experience a peaceful meditation and feel the real time effects.
After a 30-45 minute guided meditation, we love to socialize and enjoy tea and snacks together. Join us for lovely discussions on whatever topics interest you. Bring your questions. Bring your answers. We all grow by sharing with each other.
With Sahaja Meditation your mind is calmed and gradually emptied of all distractions, excessive thoughts or negative feelings. Absolutely no experience is required. We hope to serve as a resource of information and techniques to get you meditating whenever, and wherever you please. We volunteer for the enjoyment of sharing meditation and connecting with like-minded people.
