The middle path

Meditation is a simple and effective tool by which we can enter a state of peace and inner balance. Monday nights at the Seattle Sahaja Meditation Center are about learning wonderful new techniques that will help us clear our minds and emotions and deepen our meditations. The sessions are interactive; we experience a peaceful meditation, and feel the real time effects of the techniques we learn.

Sahaja Meditation has been dedicated to enriching our community through collective meditations for over forty years.  Come out and meet our volunteer meditation instructors and your fellow-neighbor patrons of peace!  Absolutely no experience is require.  We hope to serve as a resource of information and techniques to get you meditating whenever, and wherever you please.  Our volunteers work for the enjoyment of sharing meditation and connecting with like-minded people, so there will never be any fees required.
