WELCOME TO THE JACKSONVILLE STAY AT HOME MOMS MEETUP!!

The Jacksonville Stay at Home Moms Meetup is a group of moms with one common goal: To raise happy children in a healthy environment. We are women of many backgrounds, but our passions are the same. We love to have fun and love for our kids to have fun, socialize, to learn and to explore through play with other kids. So, if you are looking for great friendships for both you and your children, then you are in the right place!

We are a fun group of moms of infants, babies, toddlers, preschoolers and even Kindergarten through 1st grade children who think it is important to support each other and share our experiences in the significant role of motherhood. We strive to be a very friendly, outgoing group! We want to get to know you and your family. Are you a mom looking for some mommy time? We play with the kids, go out on the town and sometimes just sit for coffee. We offer kid friendly events for moms and kids, where kids of all ages will be welcome as well as moms (Mom Night Outs aka MNO’s) only events. We create opportunities for you to meet other moms and form friendships. We offer park & mall playdates, library story times, zoo trips, MOSH & Cummer Museum, in-home playdates, holiday potlucks, breakfast, lunch and of course dinner (MNO’s). We strive to have a wide range of fun events for all ages and welcome all members to help plan many more fun events throughout our area.

We are a very active group and request active participation. If you are not sure that you can commit to attending at least 2 event every month and checking the website at least once a month, then this may not be the group for you.

We usually meet Monday through Friday during the morning (starting at 9.30/10 AM) until early afternoon (1.30 PM) hours. We rarely have events in our calendar in the afternoon hours. The majority of our events are in the Westside, Orange Park and Riverside area but every so often we also plan events in other areas of town like Southside and the Beaches.

Before we accept you into our group, you will be required to answer the questionnaire fully, add a picture of you and your little ones and attend a public “meet and greet” playdate prior to approval.

After this initial event, you have a 1-month trial period to see if the group is a good fit for you and your little ones. If you decide to continue with our group - after the trail period, your membership amount will be pro-rated through December of that year.

Thank you for taking the time to visit. After applying to join the group, please be on the lookout for an email from Kelli (Asst. Organizer) sending you your “Meet and Greet” schedule email.

Special Note: Please make sure that the Email you have registered your meetup.com account with, is one that you check regularly. To make sure you receive our Emails add info@meetup.com to your address book. This will ensure the email isn't sent to Junk Mail or SPAM Mail, since we send our members Emails often and we don't want them to end up in there. Thanks!!

We really look forward to meeting you!
